We settled on the name Cote, for Rhonda Cote, one of the switchboard voices at the Main Office, for this family with perhaps more interconnections than any other in the company. With aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, cousins and inlaws working for O&G since the 1950s, Rhonda estimates that 20 of her relatives have been employed by the company. “Working for the Oneglia family is truly an honor,” she says.
“As a single mother and a breast cancer survivor, this family has gone way above and beyond comforting and aiding in my times of need. I don’t believe you’d ever find that same ‘family’ kind of support in a large corporate environment.”
